  • Totally fine. In the RentedUp Property Initiative, we take you from start to finish. And we really mean start from deciding what kind of property is best for your goals, where the property can/should be, what type of tenant would be best, and everything else that follows. We have your back.

  • You mean you AREN’T a trust fund millionaire? Cool, me either. I’m a budget girl, and I’m all about stretching a dollar. Sometimes, that means getting creative with how you get your properties. The core of our program is about getting creative, and as the great Tim Gunn says, “make it work!”. No down payment, no problem.

  • Well, it depends. And I know, that answer is the worst. But, really, it does depend. It depends on how quickly you want to go! The way we teach rental properties, it’s more work up front with the goal of minimal maintenance hours, so it just depends on how much you have to give at the beginning knowing it will get less intense once there is a tenant at your property!

As soon as I realized the potential of real estate, I went all-in, and fast. In roughly 2 years, I had developed a portfolio of 9 rental properties and over $2.5m in real estate assets, and growing.

The thing I’m most passionate about in life is growth – personal AND professional – and tying them together. I believe with every fiber of my being that we can go so much farther together than we ever could alone. 

When I’m not busy helping small businesses, you can catch me chasing my two kiddos, Emmett and Lucy (hence my coffee addiction!). In between Lego sets and ballet performances, we travel as a family, trying to collect as many passport stamps as we can. 

I’m all about doing my life - and my business - in an authentic, genuine, and big way.
